Our community is full of friendly neighbors and we also have a really nice recreational center where they get together in order to play billiards as well as hang out, just laughing together as they do so. In fact, one can store their RV on site here because it’s entirely possible!
Residents who love to travel will find being close to the airport a huge plus for storing their RVs on-site for peace of mind and easy access.
Life at Santiam Village South is great. It’s like one big city made up of small towns. Our residents can drive to amenities in Albany, Corvallis, and Eugene or have a lovely drive to see what some might say are the best tourist destinations around the Willamette Valley.

Lebanon is a pleasant little city that loves to come together after work to relish seasonal celebrations like The Annual Christmas Tree Lighting and Strawberry Festival.
